Maxivo started in 2021 with four products and one complaint: buying men's clothes online meant guessing. Guessing the weight of the cotton, guessing whether a medium was really a medium, guessing whether the price had anything to do with the garment.
So we publish the numbers. Every product page carries the fabric weight, the mill, the country of manufacture and the flat measurements of the garment you'll receive. Three fits, measured identically across all five categories. If a size runs small, we say so on the page rather than in the returns portal.
We make menswear only, and we keep the line to around 185 pieces. That's deliberate. A short line means we can visit the factories, hold the samples, and reorder the things that work instead of chasing a new collection every eight weeks.
We choose the cloth first, from six mills we've worked with since the start, then draw the garment around what that cloth actually wants to do.
Each style is fitted on three body types before it goes into production. If it only works on one of them, it doesn't ship.
No launch premium, no four sales a year. We price a garment once and hold it until the cost of making it changes.
